Sectoral Climate Change Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Guidance Materials for Montenegro

UNDP Montenegro: 2023 - 2024

Adapt40 worked with the UNDP Montenegro team on the development of CCIV Guidance Materials to support the National Adaptation Planning process of Montenegro. The objective of the assignment was to contribute to the institutional capacity building of the  Montenegro governmental (and non-governmental) agencies dealing with climate change adaptation planning and implementation. The guidance materials and trainings provided four key sectors within Montenegro (Agriculture, Water, Health, Tourism) with the tools to conduct a detailed assessment of vulnerability to climate change to support the improvement of climate adaptation strategic planning, implementation and M&E framework. The guidance materials were focused on the local and organisational level.
